Pharmacy benefits can be confusing. CarelonRx is a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) that works with your health plan to manage your pharmacy benefits and simplify access to covered medications and treatments.
To make your pharmacy care easier to understand and navigate, we may help maintain the list of covered medicines and the list of pharmacies in your plan’s network — so you can see what’s covered and where you can fill prescriptions. We also work with pharmacies and drug manufacturers to help lower costs and promote safe use of medicines.

Prescription and delivery options
CarelonRx helps manage coverage for many types of medicines across different pharmacy networks. Some pharmacies in your plan’s network may offer home delivery, allowing you to receive 30-, 60-, or 90-day supplies of medicines you take for chronic or long-term conditions.
If you are a CarelonRx member, you can sign in to manage your prescriptions and choose home delivery for eligible medicines. If you have a different plan, visit your health plan’s website or call the Member Services number on your member ID card for help with your pharmacy benefits.
Specialty medication support
If your doctor prescribes a specialty medication or infusion treatment, you may have access to specialty pharmacy services. Specialty pharmacists can help you understand your therapy, manage home delivery if available, and answer questions about side effects.
If you need help, you can contact the specialty pharmacy partner that fills your medication, visit your health plan’s website, or call the Member Services number on your member ID card for questions about your specialty pharmacy benefits.
